1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing First Year Fearless™, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Services Offered

First Year Fearless™ provides:

• Digital products (guides, courses, resources)
• Subscription-based community access
• One-on-one coaching services
• Educational content for first-time parents

3. Digital Products - No Refunds

IMPORTANT: All digital products are final sale. No refunds.

Once you download or access a digital product (guide, course, resource), no refunds will be issued. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

4. Subscriptions

Calm Parent Circle ($197/month):

• Billed monthly, recurring automatically
• Cancel anytime from your account or by contacting support
• No refunds for partial months
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period

5. Payment Terms

We accept:

• Credit/debit cards via Stripe
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Afterpay (for eligible purchases)

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your payment information.

6. Not Medical Advice

DISCLAIMER: First Year Fearless™ provides educational and emotional support for parents. We are NOT medical professionals. Our content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your pediatrician for medical concerns.

7. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share or resell digital products
• Use our services for illegal purposes
• Harass or abuse other community members
• Upload harmful content or viruses

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources on First Year Fearless™ are owned by Birthing Wealth and protected by copyright. You may use them for personal use only. Redistribution is prohibited.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

First Year Fearless™ and Birthing Wealth are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with U.S. law.
